Fermi’s paradox; “Why are no aliens found on Earth”

Physicist Enrico Fermi considered that given the vast number of stars in the universe, if Earth-like planets form in stellar systems, aliens should be widespread in the universe, and a few of them should have reached Earth. He was said to have posed the question “But, where is everybody?” in a discussion with a colleague.
Despite the high probability of the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations, there has been no contact with any such civilizations, a contradiction that Fermi pointed out and which he later called “The Fermi Paradox”.
Later, the “Drake equation” was also proposed by American astronomer Frank D. Drake for possible alien-human contact.

“Why can’t we make contact with aliens?” Master Ryuho Okawa‘s answer to the question is clear.
There are many intelligent life forms in the universe, but like the charter of the United Nations on Earth, there is an agreement in the universe: ‘As long as people love each other, live in harmony and constructively on a given planet, humans on other planets may not intervene in their civilization.‘”(*)
The reason is that although aliens have come to Earth, they do not show themselves to humans because they abide by the “Space Accords” or the “Space Charter. The Space Accords indicate that aliens have a mindset that respects the autonomy of each planet.

It is also believed that aliens have the technology to fly beyond the speed of light and fly to the earth. Aliens with such advanced science and technology may be able to make UFOs invisible or manipulate the memories of any human who has witnessed aliens. From a scientific and technological point of view, it seems possible to observe Earth’s civilization without being known to mankind.

In any case, information on the “Space Agreement” or “Space Charter” would be invaluable.
